I have just received my personal guitars from Juan Brieva, one of the best if not the best luthier of Spain. He's done a really spectacular job. The result as you can see in the photos is amazing, and guitars play better than when they were new. Thank you very much Juan!
The works that have been done on each guitar are as follows:
"Gold Leaf strat"
- Refret with the same vintage fretwire.
- New unbleanched bone nut.
- Repair electronic (change of battery cable, and jack)
- Repair a little crack of the poly finish on the body.
"Black strat"
- Install Vintage Noiseless prewired pickguard
- Correct angle of neck/body
- Fret dress and polish
- Repair and refinish partial of the thin lacquer of the body
